Roughness measurement

We offer reliable measurement of surface roughness using an induction diamond probe with a measuring force of 4 mN and a resolution of 0.001 µm.

Measurements can be made for up to 22 roughness parameters:

• Ra, Rq, Rt, Rz, Rc, Rv, Rp, Rs, R3z, R3y, Rz (JIS), Rk, Rku, Rpk, Rvk, Rsk, Mr1, Mr2, Ry, Rmax, RSm, Rpc
