ETAX series - Robotic system with artificial intelligence for evaluation

eddyczech s.r.o. offers an autonomous ETAX series system for non-destructive testing of components/parts made of nFe/Fe materials using an eddy current field (ECA) and conventional eddy currents (ECT).

The concept of robotic automated inspection consists of using the ETAX robotic system to perform non-destructive testing of nFe/Fe materials and to detect potential longitudinal and transverse defects or cracks. In the case of testing in the radius or weld surface area, scanning can be performed in only one direction of testing.

This concept brings advantages in increased accuracy and speed of measurement, reduced error rates and increased efficiency of the quality control process.


Artificial intelligence for evaluation

Data from the NDT device is evaluated using software. This software provides the customer with an output protocol assembled in a modular manner according to the customer's needs. The basic elements are the customer's header, description of the scanned part, 2D drawings with the distribution of defects, a table with defect coordinates, evaluation and the possibility of scanning the QR code for further processing of the document according to the client's activities.
